Have you ever had a photo shoot with your horse? If not, have you considered it? Maybe you have questions before you book your photo shoot... what should I wear? Can I have my photo shoot on my yard? What happens if the weather is bad? Maybe you’re worried about how you and your horse will look and wether or not your horse will be distracted or not be able to achieve the “ears pricked look”. Whatever your concerns, head to my website (link in bio) and you will find answers to lots of these frequently asked questions. “If the rain spoils our picnic, but saves a farmer's crop, who are we to say it shouldn't rain? Tom Barrett I think it’s safe to say with the current weather situation, a picnic would be inappropriate... however farmer’s crops are being washed away, not saved!! So can I please say it shouldn’t rain for a bit? A throwback to last summer, on the polo field; this was a moment I was very happy with the rain, as it meant we had this beautiful rainbow 🌈

When booking photo shoots, some people don’t want images with themselves in and instead only want photographs of their horse. I thought I would create a post about this, to make it clear that this is most definitely an option. There is a huge amount we can do on a photo shoot with just your horse, including the dark room, freedom and close up portrait styles. If you would like to discuss this option further, please either send me a message or email amelia.hart@somethingfromthehart.com and I will gladly talk you through the various possibilities. Thank you

Summer will be here soon ☺️ It is hard to believe with the current weather situation 🌧 ❄️ 🌧 but I am seeing more and more blossom trees showing their beautiful soft flowers, preparing for spring, when the green leaves (as shown in the background of this image) reveal themselves Summer availability is rapidly filling up, so please message me to book your summer photo shoot with me ☺️

Today I was given a fantastic challenge, to recreate a painting from 1904 of the Cheshire Hunt setting off in front of the beautiful @combermere_abbey Swipe to see the original painting from 1904 ❤️ Although it rained, it was a blessing in disguise, as it meant the weather and lighting was actually very similar to the original painting ☺️ All images are online, go to the link in my bio then click Events
